Keshni Ramnanan, MD, FACP

Keshni is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician and works in the community hospital setting, rehabilitation centers and skilled nursing facilities. In this capacity, she sees a variety of patients from the critically ill to geriatric patients with multiple medical illnesses. Her career interests include patient education and counseling, and working with patients and their families in maximizing quality of life.

At her healthcare facilities, she serves as a Medical Director and is on the medical executive committee. She is very involved in steering committees and quality improvement programs to help enhance the patient care experience and quality of care. She has also taught and mentored physician assistants and nurse practitioners, focusing on maximizing their capacity to take care of patients when working in teams with physicians.

 

She is also very involved in physician and patient advocacy at the local level with the Waukesha County Medical Society; state level with Wisconsin Medical Society and national level with the American Medical Association. 

 

Keshni enjoys many aspects of the outdoors especially hiking and swimming. Entertaining and gathering people also brings her great joy. She likes to spend her spare time watching movies and exploring the outdoors.

Ryan Roberts, CMC, TSS

Ryan Roberts is an educator, holistic health advocate, traveler, and strategist. Ryan has worked professionally with people from all over the world of different social, economic, and educational backgrounds. He is a certified Master Coach and trained in trauma and resiliency. His expertise and interest include strategic interventions, self-esteem, holistic well-being, addiction, belief systems, and family development. Ryan's approach includes:

  • A biological-psychological-social-spiritual framework, making success more balanced.

  • Evidence-based strategies which build consistency, making success more sustainable.

  • Help with implementing and managing inter-disciplinary support, enabling more thorough care. Progress occurs faster and in a more cost-effectively way.

​

Ryan enjoys hiking, woodworking, and reading. He can be found at the gym working out, at times using the modifiers for his least favorite exercise- the burpee.
